We pride ourselves at Omala in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within one (1) business day of receiving the order. Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and over the weekend days, will ship on the following Monday.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occassionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock; you will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order.
All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 5 to 10 business days. You can also expedite your shipment via UPS for an extra charge. For estimated delivery times see chart below. Orders received by 2 p.m. Eastern (12 p.m. Pacific) will ship the same day if Express or Overnight Delivery is selected. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday.
Please note that Omala can ship to destinations outside the continental United States on an "as requested", "custom shipping quote" basis. If you place an order online, you can check the status of your order via the email confirmation you receive. The email confirmation will provide a UPS shipment tracking number. Through www.ups.com, you can track your shipment delivery status in real-time.
